30" Acoustic Guitar for Beginners, Linden Wood, 6-String, Right Handed

Hi there, Unfortunately, the product is not tuning, despite all of the efforts and different methods. We've tried the link you've provided, the pitch pipe that comes in the box, but nothing is working. I am wondering what else can we do to ensure the product will actually be in working conditions so my kid can enjoy playing. It's been around 3 months we've purchased the guitar. How do I attach the strap

There should be guitar strap pegs mounted on the bottom part and behind the Neck, for you to attach the guitar strap

Does this guitar have a truss rod?
