Is there a way to reset the Bluetooth capability? Our MacBook and mobile phones (after full troubleshooting) constantly disconnect the Bluetooth.

I have the PDWR54BTB outdoor speakers and was wondering if you have or suggest an inline variable / adjustable switch so I wouldn't have to turn on at the speaker each time we power up?

You can have a switch to the power outlet where the speakers are connected.

These are stand-alone. Two sets of speakers can only be split linked VIA RCA cable.

Is there a way to purchase the speaker grate covers? Mine came dented.

On the active speaker, there is an RCA Jack that is labeled Speaker out.  Use an RCA to Bare wire like on the example link below:

I have the PDWR61BTWT. The AC/DC Adapter screws into the back of the main speaker. The simply connect both Speakers together with speaker wire. I want to just buy the AC/DC Adapter since that is what is bad. What part do I order, impossible to find.

We purchased these set of speakers last week and are having a difficult time connecting or hardwiring the speakers to our television. The Bluetooth worked seamlessly with our cell phones to play music from our iPhones. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The reason we purchased these speakers (for our outdoor porch) is so that we can have our tv hooked up to the speakers always for good sound and to have the Bluetooth option as well.

I have used the input connectors to connect my speakers to my stereo amplifier and it does not work. The bluetooth works fine but I cannot get the speakers to just play from the input jacks.

The PDWR54BTB active speaker system has a built-in internal amplifier. Because of this, it cannot be connected directly to the speaker output terminals of a separate stereo receiver or amplifier. Doing so will overload the circuitry or cause it to fail.

The right speaker is active, and the left speaker is passive.

I just received the 600W version. It comes with an 8' speaker wire to connect the two speakers. Can I buy a longer wire than 8'? I am planning to install it under an outdoor gazebo that is 20' X 20'. I don't necessary want to space them that far apart, but maybe 15'? I'm just not sure if the 8' wire is optimized to these speakers or if it doesn't matter.

I have a set of Rockville PA/DJ speakers. I wanted to connect these to one of these speakers PDWR54BTB to listen to music outside. I used a 1/4” TRS cable from the Rockville output to the Pyle RCA input on the back of the speaker. I can hear the music but it’s very low even when turning up max volume on both speakers. Am I doing something wrong or using the wrong cables?

Check if the 1/4" Output of the Rockville a Stereo out or MONO

If stereo, It should work with no problem

I just purchased the PDWR54BTB and am loving it so far. Is it possible to add 2 more passive speakers to make it a 4 speaker system? If so, how do I hook them all together and where can I purchase the 2 additional passive speakers? Also, I have 3 passive speakers, will that effect the power/loudness I’m getting out of the extra speakers?

This unit is designed only for a pair and adding more speakers may damage the active speaker as the built in amplifier is designed to handle only the pair.

How far apart can the speakers be placed. I have heard there is just a 6’ cord included.

The speaker wire that is included in the package is 6 feet long, which limits the distance between the speakers to 6 feet.
However, if you want to place the speakers farther apart, you can use a longer speaker wire to connect them. The speaker wire is a standard 16-gauge wire.

It seems that something has come loose inside the non powered speaker. And the sound has gotten very muffled.
